    Just Kids Clothes is an E-Commerce retailer - we do not have a physical store. Orders can be placed on our secure website, or you can call us at 1-604-649-3779. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

    What currency are your prices in?
    Just Kids Clothes is proud to provide shopping in Canadian and US dollars. To change currencies, simply click on the appropriate flag located at the top left-hand corner of each page.

    How are goods shipped and what is the shipping charge?
    Orders will be shipped to you within 2 business days of your order date unless otherwise specified. Our regular business days are Monday to Friday.

    What is your return policy?
    We're sure you'll love your items, but just in case you've had a problem with sizing or are dissatisfied for any other reason, we've made our return/exchange process very simple. If the information below doesn't answer your questions, please call us at 1-604-649-3779 and we will be pleased to discuss your situation with you. Our customers are our #1 priority, and we want you to be satisfied.

    1.  Returns or exchanges must be shipped back to us within 21 days of the date on the invoice.
    2.  Items must be in their original condition (unused with packaging and tags) with a copy of the invoice and forwarded to:

    3.  Exchanges: In the case of an exchange, we will only charge the cost of shipping once. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, but there will be no additional charge for shipping out the new item.
    4.  Returns: The cost of shipping a return is the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded by We will refund you the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain a Return Authorization number. Any items sent back to us without a Return Authorization number will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    **Please use US Post or Cananda Post for return shipping.
    **C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
    5.  Hey, we all make mistakes (but we try hard not to!) If we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and refund you the purchase price, applicable taxes, original shipping price, plus a maximum credit of $7.50 CDN for Canadian customers ($6.50 for BC customers) and $9.50 US for American customers to cover the return shipping cost.

    Shopping at is very safe. We use SSL technology to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. When you place your order, you will be in secure mode. When you enter your credit card information, it will be encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. We do not store or save any credit card information.

    In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks either cover all of the charges that result from the unauthorized use or may limit your liability to just $50.

    Is my information kept confidential?
    Yes, any information you give us is used only to process your order, reply to your questions, and improve our website. We do not store any credit card information. We will not share personal information with anyone.

    Can you send gifts on my behalf?
    Yes, we can send a gift to the address of your choice and include a gift enclosure card with your message. We will be introducing our gift wrapping service at a later date.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, ships within Canada and the USA. At this time, we regret that we cannot fulfill overseas orders.

    Do you have a catalogue?
    Because our inventory is constantly changing, any printed catalogue would be out of date in a very short time. Please bookmark our site for your convenience.

    What if I need to cancel my order?
    As long as the order has not been shipped, we will gladly cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

    What taxes will I pay?
    PST will be charged to BC residents on non-exempt items (eg: diaper bags).
    GST will be charged to residents of BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the Canadian territories.
    HST will be charged to NS, NB and NF residents.
    Non-Canadian residents are tax exempt, however, any customs or duties applicable will be the responsibility of the purchaser (generally children’s items are exempt).
